Our beginnings
Jeremy and Amber Dean met while studying real estate at the University of North Texas. Today, they boast a combined 43 years of experience in the real estate, title, and mortgage industries. In 2023, the real estate power couple founded Elite Title—an innovative, Fort Worth-based title company that offers fully digital closings.
During Jeremy’s time as a mortgage lender, he gradually started to realize how much the analog title process was slowing everyone down. At the closing table, time was wasted, signatures were missed, and buyers & sellers were frustrated. Jeremy wanted to make everyone’s lives easier, but every time he questioned why title companies don’t use technology, the unanimous response was, “Because it’s always been this way.” He refused to accept that answer and went in search of a solution.
