In our combined 43 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, we gradually started to realize how much the analog title process was slowing things down.
That’s why we started questioning the status quo. Why do title companies all promise great service? Why are 90% of all transactions closed with paper and wet ink, when customers prefer digital? “It’s just always been this way” is typically what we found as the answer.
